In this series, you’ll learn what chakras are, explore in detail the 7 chakras, including location in the body, purpose, seed sound, corresponding crystals and other details, as well as practice various yoga postures that heal and balance the chakras. Each class will conclude with a guided meditation on that week’s chakra.
A former amateur boxing champion and coach, Tara first turned to yoga as a compliment to her boxing training. Even after she retired from the sport, yoga continued, becoming a constant in her life and guiding her to her true purpose - to gift back all that yoga has given to her. Her classes provide a safe space for students to take an inward journey of discovery through movement, mantra and meditation, ultimately reconnecting with their True Nature.
