Join Florence, in-person, for the Explore Yoga for Healing six-week series. The classes focus on practical ways to relieve stress and fatigue, restore muscular balance, and increase mobility.
Discover the use of yoga postures, meditation, and breathing and cleansing practices to help the body naturally heal and balance itself. We will look at conditions like headaches, neck and shoulder tension, anxiety, prolonged driving, tech head, and more.
No prior experience with yoga or physical fitness is required.
Props will be provided but you are welcome to use your own.
