Join this 30-minute guided meditation and breathwork class, with a 15-minute journaling and reflection session to become more aware of your body, mind and breath. You will work to cultivate a relationship with your breath to control the movement of your mind. You will learn different techniques throughout our classes to access your breath, and quiet the mind. This practice will help you establish techniques to use on and off of your mat, supporting you throughout your day when you need to tap into your bliss. No meditation or breath work experience necessary for this class. Come join us to tap into the power of your breath. 

About Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn is a certified meditation teacher, who turned to meditation to help heal. Kaitlyn has practiced yoga for many years and wanted to deepen the mindfulness aspect of yoga through meditation. During her own meditation practice Kaitlyn began to see the healing and power meditation has to offer and decided to become a teacher to help others experience this magic. Meditation has been life changing for Kaitlyn and she wants to give others the opportunity to tap into this and be able to heal themselves through meditation and breathwork.
