Join Tara for this 6-week series to nourish mind, body and spirit
Deepen your practice through an exploration of yoga postures, empower your mind, body and spirit through the recitation of mantras and reconnect with the still centre of your being through meditation. Join Tara as she takes you on a journey through movement, with an exploration of yoga asana, to mantra, where you’ll learn and recite a new mantra each week, culminating in meditation to bring together the entire practice.
A former amateur boxing champion and coach, Tara first turned to yoga as a compliment to her boxing training. Even after she retired from the sport, yoga continued, becoming a constant in her life and guiding her to her true purpose - to gift back all that yoga has given to her. Her classes provide a safe space for students to take an inward journey of discovery through movement, mantra and meditation, ultimately reconnecting with their True Nature.
