Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refresh your practice, this series offers you the opportunity to learn fundamental yoga postures, breath work and meditation techniques to develop or refresh your own yoga practice so that you can feel confident practicing anywhere, whether it’s on your own, online, or in any studio in the world.
A former amateur boxing champion and coach, Tara first turned to yoga as a compliment to her boxing training. Even after she retired from the sport, yoga continued, becoming a constant in her life and guiding her to her true purpose - to gift back all that yoga has given to her. Her classes provide a safe space for students to take an inward journey of discovery through movement, mantra and meditation, ultimately reconnecting with their True Nature.
