This stands for High Intensity Interval Training, build your core and really feel the workout, strengthens core...
For the more senior/experienced Hatha yogis, we'll teach to the "level of the class" (with modifications if needed) try it, you'll love it!
This is a class for everyone! Deep, passive stretching without resistance! We turn down the lights and use lots of props and blankets to help you relax easily and deeply into each pose for several minutes (and most of those poses are done lying down). You'll leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
A slow and mindful practice designed to stretch and stimulate the deep connective tissues of the ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks and bones. Props are used to help you hold poses for longer periods of time, allowing for a deeper release and improved flexibility.
This class draws from hatha, yin, vinyasa and restorative yoga tradtions to promote an overall sense of well-being and harmony. Using both passive(yin) and active(yang) - active movements strengthen & stabilize while passive movements create space in the body and release stress.
