Join Florence, in-person or online, for this Self-care in a Chair Yoga six-week series. These classes offer the benefits of gentle yoga with the support of a chair while seated or standing.

This series is a tailored approach emphasizing gentle yet effective movements for improving your posture, balance, core strength and flexibility. You will use a chair as a supportive prop to assist with stability, balance, and support during the movements. The classes are designed to make exercises more accessible to those who may have difficulty getting down on the floor or who require additional support.

***For those who have experience with physical fitness***

Props (chair, mat, block, straps) will be provided but you are welcome to use your own.
