Join Florence, in-person or online, for this Self-care in a Chair Yoga six-week series. These classes offer the benefits of gentle yoga with the support of a chair while seated or standing.
***For those who have already taken the Chair Yoga for Beginners and/or have experience with physical fitness***
Learn modified yoga postures, relaxation & breathing techniques, and balancing & strengthening exercises designed to safely improve your health and well-being.
Props (chair, mat, block, straps) will be provided but you are welcome to use your own.
